To everyone’s regret, because forward-thinking, coming up with new ideas and solutions, and sharing knowledge are integral to digital partnership. That’s why we have structurally embedded it into our way of working. And not just a little. We’ve reserved half of our developers’ hours for this new workflow, which focuses primarily on proactively serving our existing clients alongside handling support requests. This process is often called ‘Client Opportunity Management Process.’ We call it ‘us. CLOMP.’

How does it work? An example. We sometimes ask ourselves if it’s possible to design the structure or flow of forms in such a way that filling them out becomes even more user-friendly, resulting in higher conversion rates. Within us. CLOMP, we investigate this, determine how to translate it into our forms platform NGO Suite, identify which clients can benefit from it, and evaluate its costs and outcomes. We present the findings to colleagues and collectively develop even smarter solutions. Our clients are also actively involved to provide input and feedback.
